For 25 years I have sat at the intersection of technology and business strategy in financial services — building digital banking platforms from the ground up, leading enterprise PMOs, and delivering complex programs that move organizations forward. I have done this across three countries, two languages, and institutions ranging from community banks to regional financial services firms.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), PMP-certified senior technology and portfolio management leader with a record of going into complex, ambiguous situations and bringing structure, strategy, and results where there were none. What drives me is not the technology itself — it is what technology makes possible for customers, teams, and the businesses I serve.
